Can I get my order to be delivered to any address?

We use a combination of courier companies and Australia Post. Depending on our choice of carrier, we may not be able to ship to P.O Boxes. We may not be able to ship to remote destinations within Australia in some cases, so please contact us to enquire about your options if you live in a remote area.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Items in stock at our showroom and/or warehouse will be despatched in most cases within 24 hours of the order payment being received.  Please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery. 

If items are not in our showroom or warehouse, we’ll arrange the order with our suppliers to either be drop-shipped to your allocated address or to come to our showroom for dispatch.  Please allow 5 – 10 business days. 

We do not accept responsibility for carrier delivery delays but will do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Can I pick my order up from the Showroom in Bendigo?

Yes, orders can be picked up locally.  A member of our team will notify you when your item is ready for pickup.  

Is my item insured?

All orders are shipped without insurance.  Interact Us does not accept responsibility for any damaged or lost goods in transit.  However, in the unlikely event of goods being damaged or lost in transit, we’ll do what we can to have the matter resolved for you. 



What do I do in case I need to return a product?

If you need to return an item call (03) 5444 3000 or email prior to sending anything back to us. Goods will not be accepted without prior agreement.

Items can only be returned for a refund or credit in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Items must be returned within a period of 7 days. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.

If the item is returned in original condition, you will be given a credit or a refund, excluding any shipping and insurance charges.

Interact Us reserves the right to refuse the return if the above guidelines are not met.

Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
